But in the unlikely event that you are not happy and wish to exchange a product simply send us the product in its original packaging, un-opened, un-used and in immaculate condition. You will have to pay for the return postage yourself. If we deem the product to be in re-saleable condition, this is at the discretion of the business. We will then offer you a credit note and you can use it to purchase other products. Please note we do not offer a refund in the case of a customer changing their minds on a non-faulty product. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty, simply send it back to us with the original packaging. We will refund you the cost of return postage. Then we will offer you a replacement or credit note. PLEASE NOTE:
In the case of HAIR EXTENSIONS there is NO RETURN OR REFUND!! In the interest of hygiene we cannot accept ANY returns of any of our Hair Extensions. So please double check your shade before you pay for your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We also have a strict NO RETURN/REFUND policy on electrical goods with no manufacturing faults. In the unfortunate case if you have a faulty electrical item please allow us the required time to send this item back to the manufacture and we will be in touch with the outcome.
