If your order is under the threshold, delivery charges are:
ROI Under 20kg €5.50 ex-vat per box, orders over 20kg you will be contacted regarding a price
Northern Ireland: Under 20kg €5.50 ex-vat per box, orders over 20kg you will be contacted regarding a price
Its important to note you will be required to sign for your order when it is delivered. To receive next business day delivery orders must be placed BEFORE 2.30pm.
Unfortunately, some items will take longer but we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date.
Unfortunately we no longer ship to the UK.
RETURNS INFO:
At O Reilly's Hair & Beauty we hope you are happy with every product you order.
But in the unlikely event that you are not happy and wish to exchange a product simply send us the product in its original packaging, un-opened, un-used and in immaculate condition. You will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
If we deem the product to be in re-salable condition, this is at the discretion of the business.
We will then offer you a credit note and you can use it to purchase other products.
Please note we do not offer a refund in the case of a customer changing their minds on a non-faulty product.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty, simply send it back to us with the original packaging. We will refund you for the cost of return postage. Then we will offer you a replacement, credit note or refund.

- In the case of HAIR EXTENSIONS there is NO RETURN OR REFUND! In the interest of hygiene we cannot accept ANY returns on any of our Hair extensions. So please double check your shade selection before you pay for your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- We also have a strict NO RETURN/REFUND policy on electrical goods.
